Jodi Skolnick, CPA

Jodi is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Master of Taxation from Florida International University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and has practiced since 1995.

 

Prior to joining our firm in 2003, Jodi was a senior tax manager in the Ft. Lauderdale and Chicago offices of Ernst & Young where she worked for nine years and has been with Topping Kessler for eighteen years.   

 

She manages both private and public multi-state corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and S corporations. She deals with Federal and State tax audits and various Internal Revenue Service matters. She works with clients in many industries serving the real estate industry including commercial and residential real estate and hotel ownership.  She handles various tax consulting and research projects for tax savings for S Corporation conversions and retirement planning as well as state tax issues for closely held businesses. 

 

Jodi is currently a member of the AICPA and FICPA.
